What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a broad term used to describe various forms of conscious breathing practices, all aimed at improving your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

It is called Breathwork, not breath meditation. It is and feels like hard work. In order to have this massive transformational experience, you need to push through a bit of discomfort. However, I know you can do it; you have done harder things than lay on the floor and breathe.

Physically

  Tingling in the face, arms and legs
  Hot and sweaty, or very cold
  Tight jaw and/or hands

Emotionally

∞  Try not to judge your emotions
